PAYMENT REGULATIONS

  1. General Provisions

    1. University of Zielona Góra, Licealna 9 Street, 65-417 Zielona Góra, VAT ID: 9730713421, REGON: 977924147, hereinafter referred to as the University, introduces regulations defining the principles of accepting and handling payments through the ERASMUS+ Staff Week University portal (https://erasmus-week.uz.zgora.pl/), hereinafter referred to as the Portal.
    2. The participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of these regulations before making any payment in the Portal.
    3. Acceptance of the terms of the regulations is equivalent to agreeing to its provisions.

  2. Registration  

    1. To participate in the conference, registration must be completed by filling out the registration form on the conference website.
    2. Registration is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee, the confirmation of which must be attached to the registration form.

  3. Fees

    1. Fees for conference participation are specified in the price list applicable for the given year.
    2. The participant is required to make the payment within the deadline specified in the registration form.
    3. The payment operator in the Portal is PayPro S.A., Pastelowa 8 Street, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, operating the portal https://www.przelewy24.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Operator.
    4. The payment deadline is determined based on the date of crediting the payment to the Operator's account.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations

    1. In case of cancellation of participation, fees are non-refundable.
    2. The applicant will receive a refund minus the transaction cost if the application of the applying person is rejected.

  5. Final Provisions

    1. The University reserves the right to change these regulations. Changes come into effect upon publication on the conference website (https://erasmus-week.uz.zgora.pl/).
    2. Matters not regulated in these regulations are subject to the provisions of the applicable law.
    3. These regulations come into effect on the date of publication on the conference website.
